The application/enrollment process for the 2022-23 school year will be completed through the MySVA Student Information System. 

PARENTS OF NEW OR TRANSFER STUDENTS – The Enrollment process begins with the completion of the Online Inquiry Form. After we have processed your inquiry form, you will receive login information which will be used to complete the enrollment process through the Core Student Information System.

PARENTS OF CURRENT SVA STUDENTS – Please make sure complete your daughter’s Re-enrollment Contract through your Parent Portal on the MySVA Student Information System.  The Re-enrollment Contracts will be posted to your MySVA system on November 15th, 2021.

All incoming 9th graders must take a High School Placement test. 

Please complete the High School Placement Testing Application below prior to the testing date.

  • Saturday, November 13, 2021  8:30 am – 12:30 pm.  Test fee is $30 to be paid when registering online. 
  • Saturday, January 29, 2022  8:30 am – 12:30 pm.  Test fee is $30 to be paid when registering online. 
  • Extended Time HS Placement Tests: Wed, Feb 9th and Wed, Mar 23rd  8:30 am – 2:30 pm.  Test fee is $45 to be paid when registering online.  (The  extended time testing form and supporting documentation must be on file in the school Main Office by January 31, 2022.)
  • Makeup test – Wed, Feb 23rd  8:30 am – 12:30 pm.  Makeup test fee is $45 to be paid when registering online.
  • Makeup test – Wed, Apr 6th  8:30 am – 12:30 pm.  Makeup test fee is $45 to be paid when registering online. 

If your daughter has a documented accommodation allowing for extended time testing, please download and complete the following Extended Time Testing Application. Submit this form and supporting documentation to the SVA Counseling Office by January 31, 2022.

 

There is a non-refundable Application fee, paid when submitting the formal Application or Re-enrollment contract.

This non-refundable fee is $100 for New/Transfer Applications and Re-Enrollment Contracts, if submitted and paid before midnight January 1st, 2022.

January 2nd through February 15th, 2022 the non-refundable Application / Re-enrollment fee will be $200.

February 16th through March 31st the non-refundable Application / Re-enrollment fee will be $250.

After March 31st  the non-refundable Application / Re-enrollment fee will be $300.

This non-refundable payment is due with the online New Student / Transfer Application or Re-enrollment Contract in order to initiate the scheduling process.

All New & Transfer Students must complete a Request for Records form. This form must be completed and taken to your current school.  We do not request records.

 

In order to receive the Catholic Student tuition rate, a Parish Participation Card must completed by you current Catholic church. This completed form must be submitted as part of the application process.
